I have been on a long journey with my PCL issues. Once I tore it for a third time I thought my chances of playing soccer were over. However after my surgery I was recommended to Limitless by my surgeon. I began my PT a week after operation. This is when I met Dr. Kaipo Sotelo. Our first week we were setting goals for me to play soccer my senior season. Throughout the entirety of my rehabilitation Dr. Kaipo kept a contagious energy. He truly loves what he does and it shows. His knowledge for the subject is amazing. I have been to many different physical therapy clinics over the span of 2 years and nothing compares to Limitless. I have seen *lots* of different caregivers for chronic back pain over the years and Kaipo is among the best ever. He came to my house after I suffered an injury and was extremely thorough in assessing & responding to the issue that caused it. This man understands how the body works and is also personable and respectful of the patient. I was impressed both with his knowledge & his kindness. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Sam Recinos for my physical therapy needs.  He was very professional, kind, and attentive from start to finish. With each session he gave his undivided attention, making me feel like I was   his only patient.  Exercises were provided for me to do at home and they continue to be effective. It's been great working with her - gaining insight as to what I can do to help increase core strength, mobility, and health. First Review - Made in 2020 I think: Through networking, I decided to work with Jordan after experiencing some unusual tightness and pain in my lower back on one side. Jordan was able to teach me some basic exercises to strengthen some muscles that I didn't always focus on in working out. My pain decreased noticeably within just a few weeks. I would recommend Limitless Therapy and Wellness to anyone! It's exciting to see this PT practice grow!
