Limitless Therapy and Wellness is proud to offer a post-professional Women’s Health Physical Therapy Residency Program, designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in pelvic health. Located in beautiful Greenville, South Carolina, our 16-month, full-time program blends advanced clinical training with mentorship, research, and community engagement.
What Makes Our Program Unique?
Mentorship Weekly
Work directly with board-certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialists who are committed to your clinical, professional, and personal growth.
Hands-On Clinical Experience
Treat patients across the lifespan and gender spectrum with a wide range of pelvic health conditions—including pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy and postpartum care, sexual dysfunction, and lymphedema.
Advanced Didactic Education
Attend immersive lectures and labs focused on pelvic health anatomy, internal/external examination, trauma-informed care, complex case management, and more.
Community-Focused Learning
Deliver pro bono care through strategic partnerships like the Neighborhood Cancer Connection, providing essential services to underserved populations.
Out-of-Network Model
Practice in a patient-centered, cash-based setting where you’ll learn to prioritize quality care, longer sessions, and strong outcomes.
Program Outcomes
By the end of this residency, you will:
- Be fully prepared to sit for the Women’s Health Clinical Specialist (WCS) board exam.
- Demonstrate clinical reasoning and treatment planning grounded in the latest pelvic health research.
- Confidently manage complex, comorbid pelvic conditions across diverse populations.
- Understand and contribute to the growth of pelvic health through teaching, advocacy, and community impact.
Curriculum Highlights
- Weekly mentorship and real-time case consultation
- Participation in journal clubs and clinical research initiatives
- Rotations including hospital-based, outpatient, and pro bono care
Direct alignment with the Description of Residency Practice (DRP) – Women’s Health and ABPTRFE quality standards

Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for passionate, purpose-driven physical therapists who are excited to grow into pelvic health experts and leaders in women’s health. Prior pelvic health experience is welcome but not required—we’re here to guide your transformation.
