Hands-On Clinical Experience

Treat patients across the lifespan and gender spectrum with a wide range of pelvic health conditions—including pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy and postpartum care, sexual dysfunction, and lymphedema.

1. Advanced Didactic Education
Attend immersive lectures and labs focused on pelvic health anatomy, internal/external examination, trauma-informed care, complex case management, and more.

2. Community-Focused Learning
Deliver pro bono care through strategic partnerships like the Neighborhood Cancer Connection, providing essential services to underserved populations.

3. Out-of-Network Model
Practice in a patient-centered, cash-based setting where you’ll learn to prioritize quality care, longer sessions, and strong outcomes.

By the end of this residency, you will:

• Be fully prepared to sit for the Women’s Health Clinical Specialist (WCS) board exam.
• Demonstrate clinical reasoning and treatment planning grounded in the latest pelvic health research.
• Confidently manage complex, comorbid pelvic conditions across diverse populations.
• Understand and contribute to the growth of pelvic health through teaching, advocacy, and community impact.

Curriculum Highlights

• Rotations including hospital-based, outpatient, and pro bono care
• Direct alignment with the Description of Residency Practice (DRP) – Women’s Health and ABPTRFE quality standards
